Good Samaritan Foundation has been a faithful steward of the community's philanthropy since 1969. The foundation supports the advancement of medical research, education and technology at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center, Legacy Hospice Services and Legacy Research.

Legacy Good Samaritan offers some of the region's most specialized care. Community donations support a wide range of enhancements, most recently the purchase of a high definition da Vinci® surgical robot; the creation of two specialized comfort care rooms for dying patients who can't return home or transfer to hospice; new equipment for the cardiac rehabilitation gym; and patient scholarships for diabetes education.

Legacy Hospice provides physical, emotional, social and spiritual comfort for terminally ill adults and children, and for their families. Donations to hospice, often in memory of a loved one or in honor of their caregivers, help continue this compassionate and professional hospice care. Care Champions
Show your appreciation for the physician, nurse, medical technician, housekeeper or other individual who provided exceptional care to you or a loved one at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center.
When you make a charitable donation in honor of your Care Champion, you not only recognize the exceptional care you received, but also help ensure others receive the same high quality care. Your donation supports essential services, cutting-edge technology and patient education programs that improve healing.
Your Care Champion will receive a certificate informing him or her of your thoughtful gift and a custom-crafted lapel pin to wear proudly.

Women of Good Samaritan
For 35 years, the Women of Good Samaritan have been helping to enhance the lifesaving care provided at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center. To date, members have raised more than $1.4 million to support projects including the Breast Health Center, the Stenzel Healing Garden, the Wilcox Women's Pavilion and many more.
